As a research associate I spend a lot of time analyzing data from Forrester’s 60+ surveys. When looking through the Consumer Benchmark Survey’s questions on genAI, I was curious how the results would change depending on the consumer’s privacy segmentation. This offered a fascinating new lens to understand consumers genAI preferences using a framework our readers were already familiar with.
This was the first report I proactively pitched and wrote for my analyst. It encouraged me to continue exploring Forrester’s data for consumer insights and taught me best practices while pitching projects to higher ups.
