I found fresh use cases, visually highlighted best practices through screenshots and wrote the copy with rigorous rounds of editing from the analyst and research director.

Here I honed my writing in the Forrester style making concise and bold calls catered to high level B2C marketers. This departure from my typical style was initially extremely challenging, but pushed me to quickly and iteratively implement feedback. This process vastly improved my business writing.
