Co-led a flagship event featuring six senior executive panelists and one keynote speaker. To more actively engage students, the panel was followed by breakout sessions where students could ask their questions directly to the panelist they were most inspired by. This event had 120+ RSVPs.

Coordinated directly with senior executives to secure panel participation while managing scheduling and logistics. This detail-oriented approach ensured a smooth event experience even with unexpected weather challenges and wowed executive panelists.
